Train like a pro
My training philosophy revolves around using the minimum required dose of Explosive, Aerobic, Strength and Mobility Sessions to prepare officials for the requirements of a match. This is the key framework around which different sessions can be added or adjusted based on the needs, preferences or goals of each athlete.
My nutritional philosophy revolves around food decisions existing on a scale. My goal is to help athletes to make choices higher on the scale more often, making small consistent changes to create big wins while helping them to understand no one is perfect and it’s ok to make mistakes.
My philosophy to coaching is that it is a relationship that thrives with good communication. It involves collaboration, an open mind and a willingness to adapt/adjust based on the needs, interests and goals of each person while staying within a successful framework and staying true to my core beliefs for effective physical improvement.
